I am in the process of creating an itinerary. I want to see everything I’ve read about in my LonelyPlanet book on Panama — except birdwatching. I’m not to into birds or any other animals, except boys that is. I will update this page just as soon as I know what and how I intend to do what I am going to do.

Excellent! I didn’t make it to Paso Ancho, although I was in the Chiriqui province to visit Boquete and tour a coffee plantation. I passed through David to get there. You have to update me on how your trip goes.
